LaBauve Jr. advised Albemarle Corporation (the “Company ”) of his intent to retire from his position as Chief Accounting Officer, effective June 1, 2026, following more than 36 years of service to the Company. Mr. LaBauve’s retirement is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company, including with respect to any matters relating to the Company’s accounting practices or financial reporting.
