We scored every 10-K for year-over-year language change
We scored 24,980 10-K filings for how much their Risk Factors changed year-over-year. Median similarity: 0.91. Most 10-Ks are 90%+ copy-paste from the prior year. The interesting part is the 5% of filings that aren't - and what those rewrites turn out to mean.
