Item 8.01. Other Events. On March 24, 2026, the Registrant issued a news release (the “Dividend Release”) reporting that the Board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share in respect of the Registrant’s common shares. The dividend was declared on March 24, 2026, and is payable on June 29, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2026.
