Item 8.01 Other Events.

On May 21, 2026, Unusual Machines, Inc. (the “Company”)
entered into a letter agreement to amend the Management Services Agreement dated May 1, 2024 (the “Agreement”), between the
Company and 8 Consulting LLC, a Puerto Rico limited liability company for services rendered by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.
The amendment extends the termination date of the Agreement to December 31, 2026 and modifies the annual service fee to $350,000, which
increase has been previously approved by the Company’s Compensation Committee.
