Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 12, 2026, ServiceTitan, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended January 31, 2026. In the press release, the Company also announced that it would hold a conference call to discuss these financial results on March 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time).
