Finley informed the Board of Directors (the "Board") of TriMas Corporation (the "Company") that she will not stand for re-election as a director at the Company’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders expected to be held on or around May 20, 2026. Ms. Finley’s decision to not stand for re-election is not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
