As previously reported on January 8, 2026, SELLAS
Life Sciences Group, Inc. (the “Company”) received approximately $26.5 million in proceeds as of such date from the exercise
of common stock warrants subsequent to December 31, 2025. Since January 8, 2026, the Company received approximately $16.1 million in proceeds
from the exercise of additional common stock warrants for a total of approximately $42.6 million in proceeds subsequent to December 31,
2025.

As of March 11, 2026, the Company had 179,536,724
shares of common stock outstanding.
