Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 25, 2026, Recursion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Vicki Goodman, M.D., will become Recursion’s Chief Medical Officer effective April 6, 2026, as David Mauro, M.D., Ph.D. transitions out of the role. In connection with his departure, Dr. Mauro will continue to serve the Company in an advisory capacity for a transitional period until May 29, 2026.

On March 25, 2026, the Company issued a press release announcing the CMO transition described in Item 5.02. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
