Effective
May 29, 2026, Mike Powell will depart from his role as
Chief Innovation Officer of Powerfleet, Inc. (the “Company”). The
Company received notice of Mr. Powell’s departure on May 18, 2026. The Company thanks Mr. Powell for his contributions and wishes
him well in his future endeavors. The Company expects to provide an update on its enhanced technology leadership team at its earnings
call on June 15, 2026.
