On May 22, 2026, Oncolytics Biotech Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain data that will be presented at the American Society of Clinical Oncology Annual Meeting. This includes translational data from the GOBLET and AWARE-1 studies describing pelareorep's mechanism of action and effect on activation of the innate and adaptive immune system. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
