(the “Company”) approved amendments to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct (the “Code”), which applies to the Company’s directors, officers, and employees, including the Company’s principal executive officer, principal financial officer, principal accounting officer, and persons performing similar functions. The amendments include revisions to enhance the clarity, organization and scope of the Code, including the addition of defined terms and roles and responsibilities, and the expansion of the Code to address emerging areas of focus such as artificial intelligence.
