Foss, Chair of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Board of his intent to retire from his role as a director of the Company effective July 15, 2026. Mr. Foss has served as Chair of the Board since 2021 and served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 2016 to 2024. He also previously served as President of the Company. Mr. Foss’s decision to depart the Board does not relate to any disagreement with the Company, its management, or the Board on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices. The Company sincerely thanks Mr. Foss for his long-time service and commitment to the Company.
