August 22, 2024, James Fuller voluntarily resigned as a Director of Cavitation Technologies, Inc. (“Company”) and any committees
thereof for personal reasons. Mr. Fuller’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, including any matters
relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or procedures.
