(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain executive leadership and organizational updates, including: (i) the transition of John Rettig, the Company’s current President and Chief Operating Officer, to the role of Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, effective immediately, and (ii) that Ken Moss, the Company’s Chief Technology Officer, and Mary Kay Bowman, the Company’s Executive Vice President and General Manager of Payments and Financial Services, will be departing from the Company, effective June 30, 2026. The Company expects that each of Mr. Moss and Ms. Bowman will continue to serve the Company in an advisory capacity through June 30, 2027.
