On June 2, 2026, Brighthouse Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2026 Annual Meeting”). At the 2026 Annual Meeting, three proposals were submitted to the Company’s stockholders. The proposals are described in more detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 14, 2026 (the “2026 Proxy Statement”).
