As discussed during the investor conference call of BlackRock, Inc. on April 14, 2026, HPS Corporate Lending Fund (“HLEND” or the “Fund”) received $151.0 million of net proceeds relating to the issuance of Class I shares, Class D shares, Class F shares and Class S shares for subscriptions effective April 1, 2026.
