DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS;

On May18, 2026, Debra Bigman informed the Board of Directors of Internet Sciences Inc. (the “Company”) of her decision not to stand for re-election to the Company’s Board of Directors upon expiration of her current term, which expires at the Company’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Ms. Bigman’s decision did not result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
