On May 28, 2026, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh (Bank) received notice from Edward V. Weller, Chief Financial Officer, of his intent to retire from the Bank on or about October 20, 2026. Mr. Weller is identified in the Bank’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 4, 2026 as a named executive officer of the Bank.
